I like the shadings done on the hair and face. It is very nice... how vectors can be so simple yet complex!

Another hit. Looks a lot like her. I have only seen a few episodes of Grey's anatomy, I remember this scene with the woman who is crying and she doesn't like to show emotion so she screams "SOMEBODY SEDATE ME!!!"
