Artist's Comments

They always focus on the differences.

-----
If you need a starting point, the topmost frame up top is the Big Guy up Top. Then, Jesus, Vishnu, Mohammed, Buddha.
Incase you are confused, Islamic law prohibits images of Mohammed. That's him, under Vishnu. Thanks to [link] for the help.
See [link] if you don't wanna figure it out yourself.

no offense intended to anyone with an open mind.

Love it! Of course, devils advocate that I am, I have to question a couple of things in the concept (which I should have brought up in our earlier discussions, sorry).

1. This mostly pertains to the comment "They always focus on the differences". Buddhism is probably the most accepting of other religions. The piece still works in the sense that they are all saying the same thing, just in their own words.

2. I might have included Judaism (again, you'd probably would have to use a symbol like the star of David to represent it). Especially in that there is so much conflict surrounding Jews, Muslims, and Christian.

I've already told you pretty much what I love about this. It still holds. As always :worship:

Still... you're are a buddhist a definate person different from everyone else, or any other religion that might suggest similar ideas. Theres no way you can really subscribe to more than one religion (at least, its not common)

Did this by word population. If I did Judaism, id also have to do Sikh, Tao, and Confucianism at least. You can't forget about Asian religions, bub. Think outside the Western community box. That box is what makes this happen.
The composition is already waaay off anyway.

But now he barely pays for bread and board and coal
By making lurid posters for Van Apple's soap.

Yeah, I thought about the slippery slope and you have to draw a line somewhere (NOPE, sorry, You can't stop until you've included every religion, sect, cult, etc. Fairs fair. :shakefist: )

Lol.... Top four seemed fair. Two Westernish, two easternish. The big ones.

My favorite part:

"Buddhism is less a religion than a philosophy, an ethical and psychological way of awakening. It is a way of life, a path of enlightened living. Buddhism has no real creed, dogma, or conversion ceremony. It is not about beliefs but about practice. In the Buddha's path of enlightened living, there is nothing to believe and everything to be discovered through its moral, compassionate, wise, and nonviolent practices and principles. To my mind, spiritual practice is perfect--so just do it!"
